AI Platform lets you configure AI-powered assistants and agents, backed by third-party AI providers, and use them from a dashboard, an embeddable widget, the API, or supported messaging integrations.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
You won't use the Service to generate or distribute illegal content, infringe on others' rights, violate an underlying AI provider's own usage policies, or attempt to circumvent usage limits, security, or billing.
If you connect your own AI provider API key, you're responsible for that key, any costs it incurs directly with that provider, and your own agreement with that provider. We encrypt the key at rest and never expose it to the model or to any party other than the provider it's for — but we aren't a party to your agreement with that provider.
Paid plans and credit top-ups are billed through Stripe. See Pricing and Billing & credits for how plans, credits, and spending limits work. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Output from the Service is generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You're responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it, especially for anything you act on or publish.
You retain ownership of the content you provide — instructions, documents, and data. We retain ownership of the Service itself (the platform, not your content or configuration).
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, including abuse of the acceptable-use terms above.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [EU MEMBER STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
